We have to give an ode to dried figs with this product. Vegan Fig Salami made from 100% Grecian figs sun dried under the Greek sun, flavored with the famous Peloponnesian Orange zest, Smoked Greek Paprika and Aleppo Pepper. For this product the internationally famous P.D.O (protected destination origin) figs were used from Kymi, Evia island, Greece.

THE STORY BEHIND THE DOLL
A religious idol, perhaps holding magical powers, reformed to the most popular toy for girls in ancient Greece.
This is the articulated doll (neurospasto) also known as Plagona. Made out of clay, usually with elaborate hairstyle, beautifully hand drawn, or dressed up with fabric clothing, served as a recreational and educational toy preparing young girls for their role as women later on.
They were made in the pottery by hand, the wheel and later on (mainly after 500 ac) using casting techniques.
These dolls, their favorite toys, were dedicated by the girls to goddess Artemis just before their marriage.

Orange Blossom Honey “Bee Out Of The Box” Orange Blossom Honey from the low latidutes of Taygetos mountain, South Peloponnese, Greece. Sweet and relatively thick, If you close your eyes as you taste it, you almost imagine yourself transported to a lovely, fragrant citrus groves of the South Greek Mediterranean. Orange blossom honey is white to pale amber colour monofloral honey that is produced by honey bees harvesting and converting the nectar found within the blossoming orange tree flowers.

The honey from Greece is considered to be some of the finest on a global scale due to the unlimited summer sun, the biodiversity of the Greek countryside plus the rich variety of Greek flora, which includes over 850 species found nowhere else in the world. Scientists and botanists consider Greece a country with the richest flora in the Mediterranean basin, (more than 7,500 different species of herbs, plants, wild flowers and trees). Honey is kept for years in a closed container with proper storage. It should be kept away from heat, sun and light. Over time honey has some physical changes. It is crystallized, changes color as it becomes darker, and gets heavier flavor. These changes do not affect its nutritional value. Crystallization of honey is a natural phenomenon and does not cause any change in its nutritional and biological value. It is related to the floral origin of honey and depends on its composition.
